Every year, as part of the IPADE’s Continuing Education Program, the Alumni Office organizes sessions with global CEOs. Known as the CEO Lecture Series, this event series provides IPADE students and alumni the opportunity to engage with some of today’s top business leaders.
The most recent CEO Lecture Series program featured special guest José Manuel Arana, CEO of Grupo Industrial Saltillo. Approximately 200 members of the IPADE community attended his session, titled “A Clear Path Towards Globalization.”
Rafael Gómez Nava, Dean of IPADE, shared a few words of welcome with attendees and introduced Mr. Arana.
“Today, we start a new cycle of CEO Lecture Series, a program that provides the IPADE community with an unparalleled opportunity to engage with global CEOs. Our speaker tonight, José Manuel Arana, is more than just a guest; he’s a friend of IPADE and a graduate of the AD-2 Program.”
During the course of his session, Mr. Arana highlighted the lessons he has learned during the course of his long career and how those same lessons learned have contributed to his leadership within Grupo Industrial Saltillo.
The evening closed with a question and answer session during which the dialog ranged from topics including international markets, the automotive sector, and the future of Grupo Industrial Saltillo.
