IPADE ranked in the Top 20 in the FT Executive Education Ranking 2018

The FT Executive Education Rankings 2018, published annually by the Financial Times, have once again recognized IPADE for its excellent academic offerings.

Ranked as one of the best options in Latin America, IPADE is the only Mexican institution that appears as part of this list of the 102 most important business schools worldwide.

The ranking is broken down into two results tables: the first ranks Custom Programs – those that are tailored to the needs of individual organizations

– while the second ranks Open-enrollment Programs – those that offer courses on specific topics such as leadership and are directed towards professionals regardless of their employer.

IPADE was ranked #17 in the Custom Programs table due to the strength of its In-Company Programs, coming in above esteemed institutions such as Wharton (#24) and Columbia Business School (#48) in the US, Warwick Business School (#41) and University of Oxford (#26) in the UK, and CEIBS in China (#55).

Additionally, IPADE was ranked in the top ten in the following categories:

  • New Skills and Learning (#7), which evaluates the relevance of skills gained to the workplace, the ease with which they are implemented, and the extent to which the course encouraged new ways of thinking.
  • Value for Money (#7), which assesses clients’ rating of the program’s design, teaching, and materials in terms of value for money.
  • Teaching Methods and Materials (#10), which measures the extent to which teaching methods and materials were contemporary and appropriate, and whether they included a suitable mix of academic and practical rigor.
  • Facilities (#10), which rates the learning environment’s quality and convenience, as well as the supporting resources and facilities.

In the Open-enrollment table, the Top Management Programs offered by IPADE were ranked #47 globally, above institutions such as the Universidad de los Andes in Colombia (#57), Rotterdam School of Management in the Netherlands (#59), IAE Business School in Argentina (#71), and Centrum Graduate Business School in Peru (#76).

IPADE also ranked particularly high within the Partner School category (#4) thanks to the quantity and quality of the programs offered in conjunction with other Equis or AACSB-accredited business schools.
