IPADE Welcomes the 50th Full-Time MBA Class

At an event celebrated simultaneously at our campuses in Mexico City and Monterrey, IPADE proudly welcomed the incoming members of the Full-Time MBA Program Class of 2021. This is the 50th incoming class of the Full-Time MBA Program, which is dedicated to supporting high-performing young leaders perfect their management skills.

In his opening speech, Ernesto Bolio, Director of the Full-Time MBA Program, welcomed the members of the Class of 2021, sharing information about IPADE and encouraging each participant to fully take advantage of their time in the program.

“Welcome to the Full-Time MBA Program,” said Dr. Bolio. “This isn’t your standard program. Here at IPADE, you’ll learn through experience as your engage with and prepare your cases. The case method will push you to challenge yourself and to ask difficult questions. Work hard, but make sure that you also enjoy yourself during this two-year journey that begins today.”

During the two-day orientation program, incoming participants had the opportunity to learn more about the structure of the program, the case method, the Career Services Office, the profiles of their classmates, the ideals and values of IPADE, the international aspects of the MBA Program, and the training and professional opportunities that will be made available to them during their time at IPADE, among other topics.

Incoming participants also had the opportunity to hear the experiences of Mónica Flores, President of Manpower Mexico and Latin America, and Federico Toussaint Elosúa, CEO of Grupo Lamosa, who shared stories about their time as Full-Time MBA Program participants and examples of the positive impact that IPADE has had on both their personal and professional lives.

The 129 incoming participants of the Full-Time MBA Program Class of 2021 proudly join 50 generations of high-potential young leaders. We are committed to working with these new members of the IPADE community to continue to develop their professional skills so that they are able to leave a positive impact on society.
